James has 18 years of venture capital, management, sales, and technical experiences in communications & networking industry with Catalyst VC, British Telecom (BT), Cameo Communications, NCR, and IBM in major account and distributor channel management.    James was a partner of Catalyst VC, the regional manager of BT Asia Pacific, the country manager of BT Taiwan, sales director of Cameo communications Asia Pac, sales manager of NCR, and network engineer of IBM. 

James received his BSEE and MSEE degrees from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan and North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC USA respectively
